Aura Canvas is a trading name of Tech-Fit Technologies, based in Johannesburg, South Africa. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" refer to Aura Canvas and Tech-Fit Technologies, and "you" refers to anyone who uses our website or places an order.

Use of the website
By using auracanvas.co.za you agree to these terms. Please use the website lawfully and do not attempt to interfere with its operation, upload harmful files, or access areas not intended for you.
Products and personalisation
We print custom canvas portraits and wall art from photographs supplied by you. Each canvas is made to order in the size, orientation and quantity you choose. Because every product is personalised, it is made for you alone.
Your photographs and permission
When you upload a photograph, you confirm that you own it or have permission to have it printed.
You grant Aura Canvas a limited licence to use your photograph solely to fulfil your order, which includes reviewing it, preparing it for print and sharing it with our printing partner.
You agree to indemnify Aura Canvas and Tech-Fit Technologies against any third-party claims arising from a photograph you supplied.
We may refuse any image that is offensive or unlawful, or that infringes copyright or other rights. This includes copyrighted artworks, characters and brand logos.
Pricing and payment
All prices are in South African Rand. [PLACEHOLDER: confirm whether prices include VAT]
Payments are processed securely by Paystack. We do not see or store your card details. Prices may change from time to time, but the price you pay is never changed after payment.
Order acceptance
Your order is accepted once payment is confirmed. We may decline an order, for example where an image is unsuitable or infringes someone's rights, in which case we will refund you in full.
Image quality
We print the photograph you supply. Our resolution guidance on the order page is advisory and is offered to help you choose well. We review every photograph before printing and will contact you if we have concerns, but the final choice of image and size remains yours.
Production and delivery
We deliver within South Africa only. Delivery usually takes 7 to 10 working days from payment confirmation, including printing and courier time. This is an estimate. Delays outside our control, such as courier delays or public holidays, may extend it.
Standard delivery is R135. Delivery is complimentary on orders of R1000 or more.
Risk in the canvas passes to you on delivery. Please make sure your delivery address is accurate. Redelivery costs caused by an incorrect address are your responsibility.
Colour variation and sizes
Screens display colour differently, so slight variations between your screen and the printed canvas are normal. Sizes are nominal and may vary slightly.
Returns, refunds and cancellations
Because each canvas is personalised, we do not accept returns for a change of mind. Damaged or defective canvases are reprinted or refunded, and orders may be cancelled until production begins. The full details are in our Returns and Refunds Policy.
Intellectual property
The content, logo and design of this website belong to Aura Canvas or Tech-Fit Technologies and may not be copied without permission. Your photographs remain yours.
Use of finished work
We will never share or publish your photographs or your finished canvas in our marketing without your separate written consent.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you in connection with an order is limited to the value of that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act or the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act.
Privacy
We handle your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page when you place your order applies to that order.
